
Surrey, B.C. – Surrey Police Service (SPS) and RCMP Surrey Provincial Operations Support Unit (SPOSU) are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect involved in an assault that took place on the evening of March 11, 2025.
According to police, the incident occurred at approximately 9:11 p.m. near 188 Street and 58 Avenue. A man was walking in the area when an unknown suspect approached him and allegedly began threatening and assaulting him.
During the course of the investigation, officers obtained an image of the suspect and are now asking for the public’s help in identifying him. The suspect is described as an adult Caucasian male, approximately 5’9” tall, with a heavy build. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a black hoodie, black pants, and black shoes.
