65-Year-Old Woman Injured in Surrey Home Invasion; Police Investigating

Surrey, B.C. – Police are investigating a violent home invasion in Surrey that left a 65-year-old woman seriously injured on Saturday morning.

According to Surrey Police Service (SPS), officers responded to a residence in the 14400 block of 32B Avenue at approximately 11:15 a.m. on March 27, 2026, following reports that armed individuals had attended the home and fled the scene.

Upon entering the residence, officers located a 65-year-old ქალი suffering from a serious injury believed to be consistent with being struck by an object. She was transported to hospital for treatment.

SPS Major Crime Unit (MCU) has taken over the investigation. Police say the incident remains in its early stages, and the motive behind the हमला is not yet known.

Investigators are asking anyone with information to contact the SPS non-emergency line at 604-599-0502 and quote file number 26-28314 (SP). Anonymous tips can also be provided to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
