Surrey, B.C. – Surrey Police Service (SPS) is investigating an overnight shooting that left a woman injured at a residence in the 12100 block of 101B Avenue on November 23, 2025.
The incident occurred at approximately 9:11 p.m., when SPS received multiple reports of shots fired outside the home. Officers arrived to find an adult woman inside the residence suffering from injuries. She was transported to hospital with non-life-threatening wounds. Several other individuals were in the home at the time, but no one else was hurt.
Police remained on scene through the night and into the day, gathering both physical and digital evidence. According to SPS, the motive behind the shooting remains unknown. Investigators are working with policing partners to determine whether the incident may be linked to any other ongoing investigations. At this time, police report no known connections to extortion-related activity.
