Surrey, BC – Surrey Police Service has charged 42-year-old Kulwinder Mann after two incidents on King George Boulevard in the early hours of August 26, 2025.
Police allege Mann stole a man’s phone, then sexually assaulted a woman after pushing her into bushes.
He faces charges of theft under $5,000, sexual assault, and assault. Mann remains in custody and is set to appear in court today.
