Surrey, BC – The City of Surrey has completed new safety and cycling upgrades along 140 Street, between 100 Avenue and 96 Avenue, improving access to the Jim Pattison Outpatient Care Centre and the upcoming Green Timbers SkyTrain station.
The project, funded by TransLink, includes the addition of protected cycle tracks to enhance safety for riders and encourage sustainable transportation.
Next on the city’s cycling improvement list are upgrades along 100 Avenue from 148 Street to 154 Street, and along 150 Street from 100 Avenue to 102A Avenue.
