Witnesses Sought in Fatal Surrey Collision: SPS Appeals for Video Footage

Surrey, B.C. – Surrey Police Service (SPS) is asking witnesses to come forward in relation to a fatal motor vehicle collision that occurred on July 1, 2025, near 120 Street and 97 Avenue.

At approximately 4:10 p.m., SPS officers responded to reports of a collision involving multiple vehicles. Tragically, one of the drivers later succumbed to their injuries.

Investigators have since learned that videos of the incident may be circulating on social media. SPS is urging those who captured footage or witnessed the crash to contact them directly.

Anyone with information, dash cam, or CCTV footage is asked to call 604-599-0502 and quote file 25-54337 (SP). To remain anonymous, contact Crime Stoppers at www.solvecrime.ca or call 1-800-222-8477.
