SURREY, B.C. – Surrey Police Service (SPS) responded to reports of shots fired at the business, located near 85 Avenue and 120 Street, around 3:45 a.m. Thursday. According to police, staff were inside at the time, but no one was physically injured.
The café had only recently reopened earlier this month after being previously targeted on July 10 and August 7.
Shortly after the latest incident, a social media post allegedly from a man identifying himself as Goldy Dhillon surfaced online, claiming responsibility for all three shootings. The message reportedly stated:
“I, Goldy Dhillon, take responsibility for the three shootings that took place at Kaps Caffe. We have no enmity with the general public.”
SPS investigators are now working to verify the authenticity of the online claim and determine whether the incidents are linked.

If he admitted it does he not understand the general public coukd be eating inside there so it does affect the general public.
