VANCOUVER — Tragedy struck tonight at the Lapu Lapu Festival in Vancouver when a driver drove into a large crowd at E. 41st Avenue and Fraser Street shortly after 8 p.m.
Vancouver Police confirm that multiple people have been killed and several others are seriously injured. The driver has been taken into custody.
