PM Mark Carney Announces New Office to Fast-Track Major Infrastructure Projects

Ottawa – Prime Minister Mark Carney says Canada’s new government will soon establish a Major Projects Office designed to speed up approvals for highways, ports, energy corridors, and other large-scale infrastructure developments.

“It’s time to build big, build bold, and build now,” Carney said, emphasizing the government’s focus on nation-building projects that will strengthen Canada’s economy and connectivity.
