Chandigarh-The Congress has announced its first list of candidates for Punjab Lok Sabha seats. The party has given ticket to former Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi from
Jalandhar Lok Sabha seat.
The Congress has fielded Sukhpal Singh Khaira from Sangrur and Gurjeet Singh Aujla from Amritsar.
From Bathinda, Jeet Mohinder Singh Sidhu will be the Congress candidate.
Dr Dharamvir Gandhi will be the Congress candidate from Patiala. 
Yesterday, Congress announced Manish Tiwari as its candidate from Chandigarh.
In its list issued on Sunday, the Congress gave ticket to former Jawaharlal Nehru University Students’ Union (JNUSU) president Kanhaiya Kumar from the North East Delhi seat. He will contest against BJP’s Manoj Tiwari.
