Chandigarh-The much-anticipated concert by Punjabi superstar Diljit Dosanjh on December 14 has landed in controversy after reportedly exceeding permissible noise levels. The Chandigarh administration has informed the Punjab and Haryana High Court about the violation and has issued a show-cause notice to the event organizers.
