Effective August 27, 2024, passengers who purchased an Air Canada ticket or redeemed Aeroplan flight rewards by September 9, 2024, for travel between September 15 and September 23, 2024, can change their flight for free. Eligible travelers can rebook for travel between September 9 and 14 or between September 24 and November 30, 2024.
Air Canada assures that any changes to flight schedules will be communicated in advance via text or email. The airline also warns passengers to beware of fraudsters and reminds them that Air Canada will never ask for booking references or locator numbers, as this information is already on file.
