
Surrey-4 suspects arrested after a fatal shooting in Surrey ,IHIT says in a press release.
On June 7, 2024, at approximately 8:46 a.m., Surrey RCMP responded to a shooting in the residential area of 164 Street and 10 Avenue, which resulted in one man’s death. Upon arrival, officers found an adult male victim who had sustained injuries and was later pronounced dead at the scene.
Police are investigating a potential connection between the homicide and a burned vehicle found shortly afterward in the 18500 block of McMillan Road. The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team (IHIT) has been called in and will collaborate with Surrey RCMP.
The investigation is currently in the evidence-gathering phase, and no further information is available at this time. The IHIT Media Relations Officer will provide additional details and handle media inquiries.
