Colwood, BC – In connection with a violent incident on September 2, 2024, involving firearm discharge and arson, the West Shore RCMP have arrested a suspect. The incident, which allegedly occurred following an AP Dhillon concert, involved shots fired into a residence and two vehicles set ablaze in the 3300 block of Ravenwood Road.
On October 30, 25-year-old Abjeet Kingra of Winnipeg was apprehended in Ontario and faces charges of Discharge of a Firearm with Intent and ‘Arson’. Another suspect, 23-year-old Vikram Sharma, believed to be in India, remains at large, with an arrest warrant issued for the same charges.
The ongoing investigation has seen substantial progress, and the RCMP urges anyone with information on Sharma’s whereabouts to contact West Shore RCMP at 250-474-2264.
